We offer carpet rolls, remnants, vinyl flooring, and professional installation services. Product availability may vary; we aim to keep accurate stock levels but cannot guarantee all items are always in stock.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit card, or any other methods we accept. A deposit may be required for large orders or fitting services. Full payment is due before or on delivery/fitting.
Orders can be placed in-store or by phone. We will confirm your order and notify you if any items are unavailable. Changes or cancellations must be made promptly; fees may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customers should ensure the area is prepared and accessible. We are not responsible for delays due to customer unavailability.
Custom cut carpets and fitted products are non-returnable. If you receive defective goods, please contact us immediately for a resolution. Refunds and exchanges are handled case-by-case in line with UK consumer rights.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Products come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Customers are responsible for site preparation before installation.
